For the sixth time, sports and artistic celebrities took part in the legendary Cosmic Match – a charity event supporting Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. That time we played together!

On 6^th of Januray, the sports arena in Rybnik-Boguszowice filled to its capacity. The inhabitants of the city and the environs crowdly arrived to support artists and sportsmen in achieving such a splendid goal. In the Satirists& Friends Team played e.g. Robert Korólczyk, Łukasz Kaczmarczyk (satirists from “Kabaret Mlodych Panow”), Dariusz Maciborek, Kamil Baleja (RMF FM journalists) and Bogdan Kalus (a famous actor). In the Sportsmen Team one could have seen Marcin Prus (a former Polish beach volleyball representative), Kacper Woryna (a speedway rider) i Marek Plawgo (a former athlete).

That game was unusual – the competitors played both –  volleyball and  basketball. During breaks the audience was entertained by various dancing and football teams. The additional attraction was the performance of well-known illusionist from Polish “Got Talent” – Tomasz Kabis. Charitative auction ran by Irek Bieleninik took also place.

The main organizator was „Fundacja Piątka” foundadtion which is lead and coordinated by the members of cabaret band “Kabaret Młodych Panów”. All raised money, over 20.000 PLN was transferred to Great Orchestra of Christmas Help’s account. We are very glad that we could have also helped.
