What does the recruitment process look like?

Production jobs:
1. Sending the application (CV) electronically or delivering it in a paper form.
2. Preliminary verification with regards to the factual content by the HR Department Employee and forwarding to the Manager of the department looking for an employee.
3. Appointment of approved candidates for job interviews at the Company’s headquarters in Zwonowice.
4. Job interview – employment or refusal.

Office jobs:
1. Sending the application (CV) electronically or delivering it in a paper form.
2. Preliminary verification with regards to the factual content by the HR Department Employee and forwarding to the Manager of the department looking for an employee.
3. Appointment of approved candidates for job interviews at the Company’s headquarters in Zwonowice or online.
4. Job interview – in the case of more specialized positions, the recruitment process may be conducted in 2 stages, i.e. stage 1 – preliminary interview, stage 2 – verification of skills/knowledge in the required area.
5. Determination of conditions of employment or refusal.

Sales Representative for Great Britain

Working place: Mobile work

Requirements:

  • min. 2 years of experience as a sales representative in the flooring industry,
  • good command of German language – not necessary but as an additional point,
  • availability, readiness to work abroad,
  • highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • active driving license, category B,
  • preferred B2B cooperation.

Duties:

  • market analysis and acquiring new contractors in Great Britain,
  • sending regular reports on work and market situation,
  • servicing acquired customers, regular visits to sales points,
  • conducting product training for Classen products,
  • if it’s necessary, help by translation of advertising materials into English,
  • implementation of the sales plan,
  • promoting new products,
  • taking care of our products expositions at our clients,
  • participating in industry fairs,
  • assistance to the complaints department in solving problematic situations.

Sales Representative for Germany

Working place: Mobile work

Requirements:

  • min. 2 years of experience as a sales representative in the flooring industry,
  • very good command of English and German – a necessary condition,
  • availability, readiness to work abroad,
  • highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills,
  • active driving license, category B,

Duties:

  • market analysis and acquisition of new contractors in Germany,
  • sending regular visits/meetings and market reports,
  • maintaining existing business contacts,
  • customer service, regular visits in the points of sale of Classen customers in Germany,
  • organisation and provision of product trainings for German customers,
  • advertising materials translation from English/Polish language into German,
  • implementation of the sales plan,
  • promoting new products,
  • taking care of the exhibitions of Classen products at our clients,
  • participation in trade fairs,
  • assisting the complaints department in solving problematic situations.

Working place: Mobile work

Requirements:

  • translation of advertising materials from English/Polish into Spanish,
  • implementation of the sales plan,

  • taking care of our products expositions at our clients,
  • participating in industry fairs,
  • assistance to the complaints department in solving problematic situations.
