What does the recruitment process look like?

Production jobs:
1. Sending the application (CV) electronically or delivering it in a paper form.
2. Preliminary verification with regards to the factual content by the HR Department Employee and forwarding to the Manager of the department looking for an employee.
3. Appointment of approved candidates for job interviews at the Company’s headquarters in Zwonowice.
4. Job interview – employment or refusal.

Office jobs:
1. Sending the application (CV) electronically or delivering it in a paper form.
2. Preliminary verification with regards to the factual content by the HR Department Employee and forwarding to the Manager of the department looking for an employee.
3. Appointment of approved candidates for job interviews at the Company’s headquarters in Zwonowice or online.
4. Job interview – in the case of more specialized positions, the recruitment process may be conducted in 2 stages, i.e. stage 1 – preliminary interview, stage 2 – verification of skills/knowledge in the required area.
5. Determination of conditions of employment or refusal.
